Cancellations
Singing lessons
Please provide at least 24-hours advanced notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled singing lesson. With such notice, a make-up lesson will be scheduled. Without this notice, the total fee for that lesson will be forfeited.
Make-up lessons will be scheduled as close to the cancelled lesson as possible at a time that is mutually convenient. All make up lessons must occur during the term in which the corresponding lesson was cancelled or the ensuing term break.
If Melissa needs to cancel a lesson, you will be given as much notice as possible and a make-up lesson will be generated. The teacher will endeavor to schedule your make-up lesson as close to the cancelled lesson as possible or at a time that is mutually convenient.
Workshops and masterclasses
Workshop and masterclass fees are non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the event. Prior to that an administration fee of 25% of the course fee will apply to any refunds.
In some cases, workshop and masterclass fees may be transferable to another SING Studio educational event. A 25% administration fee will apply to transferring course fees.
All cancellations, requests for refunds and requests for fee transfers must be made in writing to hello@singstudio.com.au.
